Our culinary approach is rooted in respect for the ingredients we use to prepare of our menu offerings. Each member of the Capische culinary team is formally educated at an accredited culinary school and constantly continues to refine their skills while fueling their passion for excellence. Each dish is prepared by hand from only the freshest ingredients, including many grown in our garden right here at Hotel Wailea.
Our cuisine is an eclectic ensemble melding classic Italian and French techniques with fresh interpretations of traditional dishes. We use only the finest and freshest local, seasonal, and artisanal Hawaiian products. We invest in and support the community in which we thrive.
