Bartender

Casual position available. Must have at least 3 years of bartending experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to work on your feet for entire shift, lift up to 30 pounds and adhere to all safety and health regulations. Also able to work under little or no supervision, and possess a Maui County Liquor Card.

Chef Tournant

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Experience in fine dining required.

Pastry Cook

Full Time position available. Must have at least 2 years experience in baking and dessert production and have open availability.

Host/Hostess

Seasonal and Part Time positions available. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to work on your feet for entire shift.

Stocker

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for entire shift.

Back Server

Full Time and Part Time positions available. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for entire shift. Must have experience.

AM Server

Part Time position available. Strong customer service skills. Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining restaurant required. Job Duties: Welcoming guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverage to tables, setting up tables, and daily side work.

PM Server

Job requirements: Strong customer service skills. Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining restaurant required. Strong knowledge of wines. Able to climb up and down stairs and able to lift 25lbs. Job Duties: Greeting guests, taking food & beverage orders, delivering food and beverage, opening wine and champagne bottles, and entering orders into a Point of Sale System.

Dishwasher

Part Time position available. Enthusiastic hard working individual. No experience necessary.

AM Cook

Full Time position available. Must have at least 2 years experience in breakfast production and have open availability.

PM Cook

Full Time position available. Must have at least 2 years experience in fine dining production and have open availability.

AM Sous Chef

Full Time, AM Shift. Motivated and professional culinarian with a passion for cooking in a fine dining restaurant needed. Must have at least 3 years fine dining experience and open availability. Salary Negotiable.

PM Sous Chef

Full Time, PM Shift. Motivated and professional culinarian with a passion for cooking in a fine dining restaurant needed. Must have at least 3 years fine dining experience and open availability. Salary Negotiable.
