Hotel Wailea is thrilled to announce our official re-opening on October 15, 2020, following the State of Hawaii’s announcement of a Pre-Travel Testing Program for out of state visitors. Please ensure that you are up to date on the latest government regulations when traveling to Hawaii. Upon reopening, there will be a screening procedure that may include temperature checking as well as a series of questions regarding health and recent travel. The Pre-Travel Testing Program requires that out of state visitors present proof of a negative COVID-19 test result upon arrival in Hawaii, and test results must be verified before leaving your departure city of final leg to Hawaii. For more information, visit HawaiiCovid19.com.
Please note that Hotel Wailea does require that every guest present an approved negative test upon check-in. We do not have the facilities for guests to quarantine on the property. If you are unable to attain a negative test prior to arrival, we will happily reschedule or refund your reservation. Our employees will be wearing masks. In accordance with the advice of medical experts and industry best practices, all guests will be required to wear a mask or face covering when in public spaces on the property and when receiving service while in their suite.
