An evening with Chef Justin Cogley and Chef Ryan Cruz

As part of our partnership with the prestigious Krug Champagne House, on Friday, October 18th we are pleased to welcome 2-star Michelin Chef Justin Cogley of Aubergine at L’Auberge Carmel for an exclusive collaborative dinner.
 
This year, Krug celebrates the exquisite elegance and diversity of flowers, inviting Krug Ambassade Chefs worldwide to craft innovative recipes that pair beautifully with Krug Grande Cuvée or Krug Rosé. Our Executive Chef Ryan Cruz will team with Chef Cogley for an immersive, interactive experience that will take place across the grounds of Hotel Wailea. 

This grand celebration of Krug x Flower will start in Hotel Wailea’s famed Treehouse, which is suspended among canopies in the property’s mango and avocado orchard, complete with stunning island views. After enjoying canapés and Krug Champagne, guests will join us for lei-making in our mango grove, then enjoy a four-course dinner with Krug pairings in the Garden at The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea.
