Hotel Wailea’s Visiting Chef & Winemaker Series brings celebrated chefs, restaurants and winemakers to Maui for intimate evenings created in collaboration with our culinary team. After opening with a reunion dinner featuring San Francisco’s Boulevard on September 19, the series continues on October 1 with Sushi Ran and Champagne Laurent-Perrier, followed by an evening with Opus One Winery on November 21.
